Automated Bridal Gown Arrival Notices

Every morning, WebRun opens BridalLive, finds special-order gowns marked received since the last run, matches each to the waiting bride, and drafts a cheerful arrival text in Twilio and a matching email in Gmail inviting her to schedule a first fitting, all left unsent for your approval.

In short

How do I let brides know their wedding gown has arrived?

Every morning, WebRun checks BridalLive for special-order gowns received into stock, matches each to its waiting bride, and drafts a cheerful arrival text in Twilio and a matching email in Gmail inviting her to book a first fitting. It leaves both unsent for your approval, so brides hear the good news fast without any message going out unreviewed.

  • Brides book first fittings sooner because they hear the moment gowns land
  • Every arrival message is reviewed before it reaches a bride
  • No bride is notified twice for the same gown

Questions, answered

Will it text or email the bride her gown arrived without me?

No. WebRun drafts the arrival text in Twilio and the email in Gmail, then leaves both unsent. You review each message before releasing it, so nothing reaches a bride until you approve it.

How does it know a gown has actually arrived?

It reads the live receiving status in BridalLive and only drafts a notification once a special order is marked received into inventory, so no bride is told early by mistake.

Will a bride get notified twice for the same gown?

No. WebRun tracks which brides it has already drafted an arrival message for and skips them on later runs, so each gown triggers one notification.

Put this on autopilot.
