Questions, answered

Will it send the confirmation to the customer automatically?

No. The confirmation stays as a Gmail draft for your review. You approve and send it yourself, so no message goes to an attendee without your check.

What happens if the event reaches capacity?

It flags the capacity status in the Google Sheet and notes it in the draft, so you can decide whether to waitlist the attendee or send an alternative message.

Can it handle multiple events at the same time?

Yes. Each event can have its own roster Sheet, and WebRun routes each RSVP to the correct sheet based on the event name captured in the form submission.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
