Good to know

Questions, answered

Will it send payment reminders to clients automatically?

No. Every payment reminder is drafted in Gmail and left for the advisor or billing team to review and approve before sending. No client email goes out on its own.

What if a client has already paid but QuickBooks has not updated yet?

It reads the live invoice status in QuickBooks on each Monday run, so any payments received and recorded before the run are excluded automatically.

Can it handle partial payments?

Yes. It reads the outstanding balance for each invoice in QuickBooks, so partial payments reduce the amount shown in the draft and in the Slack summary.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
