Questions, answered

Will it email clients automatically?

No. Every client email is drafted in Gmail and left unsent for the advisor to review and approve. WebRun never sends client-facing messages on its own.

How does it know which documents are missing?

It reads the document checklist inside each BizEquity engagement and compares it against the expected items, flagging any that have not been uploaded.

What if a client submitted documents overnight?

It reads live status from BizEquity each morning, so any documents received since the last run are marked complete and that client is skipped in the chase list.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
