In short

How do I keep draft line cleaning on schedule across accounts?

WebRun tracks draft line cleaning schedules for every account. Each week, it opens VIP, checks the days since each account's last logged cleaning against your interval, creates a Trello card for anything newly overdue, and posts the field team a Slack digest grouped by rep, so a dirty line gets caught before a customer notices the taste.

  • Overdue accounts surface within a week instead of relying on someone's memory
  • Each rep sees their own accounts due, grouped and ready to schedule
  • Cleaned accounts clear off the list automatically, no manual bookkeeping

Questions, answered

Does it contact the bar or restaurant about the cleaning?

No. WebRun only creates internal Trello cards and posts a Slack digest for your field team. Scheduling or discussing the cleaning with the account is left to the rep.

How is an account marked overdue?

By days since the last logged cleaning in VIP against your interval, typically 14 days. WebRun calculates it fresh every week rather than relying on a static list.

What happens once an account gets cleaned?

Once VIP shows a new cleaning date, WebRun clears its Trello card off the overdue list automatically on the next run, no one has to remember to close it out.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
