In short

How do I automatically track loan maturities and prepare borrower notices in advance?

Every Monday, WebRun reviews your RouteOne portfolio for loans maturing in the next 60 days, ranks them by days remaining in a Google Sheet, and drafts a borrower maturity notice in DocuSign for each contract in the 30-day window. Your servicing team reviews and sends with one click, ensuring no maturity is missed.

  • Every loan maturing within 30 days has a drafted borrower notice ready for team review by Monday morning
  • The maturity tracker sheet gives servicing a ranked list without any manual portfolio review
  • Contracts with arrangements already in place are excluded automatically once flagged by the team

Questions, answered

Will it send the maturity notice to the borrower without my team reviewing it?

No. WebRun saves each DocuSign envelope as a draft. The servicing team reviews the content and borrower details before sending. Nothing reaches a borrower without human approval.

What if a borrower has already arranged a payoff or renewal?

During setup you can connect a status flag in the Google Sheet. Once a team member marks a contract as already resolved, WebRun skips it in all future runs.

Can it handle both retail and lease maturities?

Yes. You configure the product types to include during setup. WebRun handles retail contracts, lease end-of-term, and balloon payment maturities and notes the product type in each draft notice.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
