No. WebRun only alerts your team. Any filing, submission, or client-facing action on the deadline date is performed by your staff. WebRun provides the early warning.
What if a deadline date changes in Suralink?
WebRun reads the live deadline from Suralink each morning, so if a date is updated it picks up the new date automatically and adjusts the Google Calendar event and Slack alerts accordingly.
Can it alert specific partners or managers for specific engagements?
During setup you can configure which Slack channel or users receive alerts. Per-engagement routing can be set up by tagging the responsible partner's Slack handle in the alert template.
