Automated accesso Park Capacity Alerts

Every few minutes during operating hours, WebRun checks live attendance in accesso against your posted capacity limit, and once the park crosses your warning threshold, it sends an SMS through Twilio to gate and parking managers and posts a running headcount to Slack so the whole ops team sees it climb.

In short

How do I get alerted before my theme park reaches capacity?

WebRun compares accesso's live in park headcount against your posted capacity every few minutes, and once attendance crosses your warning threshold, it sends an SMS through Twilio to gate and parking managers while posting a running headcount to Slack, so your team gets ahead of a sellout instead of finding out from a backed up gate line.

  • Gate and parking teams hear about a capacity crunch minutes before guests do
  • Every threshold crossing is logged with a timestamp for the daily report
  • No manager has to keep a live headcount dashboard open all day

Built for theme park operations managers · gate and admissions staff · parking and traffic managers · water park operators

Questions, answered

Does it stop ticket sales automatically once the park is full?

No. It only alerts your gate and parking managers by text and Slack. Pausing sales or admissions stays a decision your team makes and executes in accesso.

What counts as the warning threshold?

Whatever percentage of your posted capacity you set, commonly 85 or 90 percent. You can change the threshold at any time and it applies on the next check.

How current is the headcount it is reading?

It reads the live in park count from accesso as guests scan in and out, refreshed every 5 minutes, so the number in Slack and the text alert reflects who is actually on site right now.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
