How does it handle 42 CFR Part 2 and patient privacy?
It only includes alumni who have given explicit marketing consent in Kipu Health. Patients without consent, or who have requested no contact, are excluded automatically. No treatment information is included in the review request email.
What does the review request email say?
The email thanks the alumni for choosing your program and asks them to share their experience on Google or another review platform you specify. It contains no clinical details or treatment references to protect privacy.
