Automated Overdue Title Order Alerts
Every morning, WebRun opens AbstractorPro, finds open title orders whose promised turnaround date has already passed, calculates how many days late each one is, and posts the team a ranked Slack worklist so the latest orders get worked first.
How do I flag title orders past their promised turnaround?
Every morning, WebRun opens AbstractorPro and finds open title orders whose promised turnaround date has already passed. It works out how many days late each one is and posts the team a ranked Slack worklist showing the client, county, and assigned abstractor, most overdue first, so late searches surface early instead of surprising a client.
- Overdue searches surface every morning, not after a client calls
- The most-late orders sit at the top of the worklist
- Delivered orders drop off automatically from live status
Built for title abstractors · abstracting operations · title search firms · abstract company owners

Questions, answered
How does it know an order is late?
It compares each open order's promised turnaround date in AbstractorPro against today's date and lists only orders that have passed it, ranked by how many days late they are.
Does it contact the client about the delay?
No. WebRun posts an internal Slack worklist for the team to triage. It never messages the client on its own about a late order.
Will a delivered order still show up?
No. WebRun reads the live status in AbstractorPro each morning and only includes orders still open and undelivered, so anything already completed drops off automatically.
