In short

How do I get low-stock reorder alerts from Vyapar?

Every morning, WebRun opens Vyapar and compares each item's stock against its reorder level. It lists everything running low with its supplier and a suggested order quantity in Google Sheets, then posts your team a Slack alert ranked by how close each item is to zero, so popular products never quietly sell out.

  • Fast-moving items get flagged before they hit zero
  • A supplier-grouped reorder worksheet is ready each morning
  • WebRun alerts you to reorder but never places the order itself

Questions, answered

Does it place orders with my suppliers?

No. WebRun only alerts you and prepares a reorder worksheet. It never contacts a supplier or places a purchase order. You decide what to order and confirm it yourself.

How does it know what counts as low stock?

It uses the reorder level you set on each item in Vyapar. Any product at or below its reorder level is flagged, so the alert reflects your own thresholds, not a guess.

Can it suggest how much to reorder?

Yes. WebRun suggests an order quantity per item and groups the list by supplier, so one purchase order can cover each vendor. You review and adjust the quantities before ordering.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
