Automated Treatment Plan Review Alerts

Every Monday, WebRun opens TheraNest, finds clients whose treatment plan review date falls in the next few weeks or has already passed, logs them per clinician to a Google Sheet, and posts each therapist a private Slack heads-up listing their own plans coming due so none lapses out of date.

In short

How do I track treatment-plan reviews coming due automatically?

Every Monday, WebRun opens TheraNest and finds clients whose treatment plan review date falls soon or has already passed. It logs them per clinician to a Google Sheet, then posts each therapist a private Slack heads-up of their own plans due, overdue first, so reviews happen on schedule and no plan quietly lapses out of date.

  • Review dates surface every week, not at an audit
  • Each clinician sees only their own plans due, kept private
  • Plans get reviewed on schedule, keeping documentation compliant

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens app.theranest.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
TheraNest - find plans due for review
    theranest.com
WebRun in TheraNest: find plans due for review
WebRun checks treatment plan review dates in TheraNest.
    • Open TheraNest and review active clients and their treatment plan review dates
    • Find plans with a review due in the next few weeks or already past due
    • Capture the client, the assigned clinician, and the review-due date for each

Done when Every plan due or overdue for review has been listed with its clinician and date.

  3. 2
Google Sheets - log review dates
    google.com
WebRun in Google Sheets: log review dates

    • Open the review tracker sheet and add a row per plan coming due, grouped by clinician
    • Record the review-due date and how many days until it is due or overdue
    • Sort so already-overdue plans sit at the top for each clinician

Done when Every plan due for review is logged per clinician, overdue first.

  4. 3
    Slack - alert each clinician
    slack.com
WebRun in Slack: alert each clinician
WebRun posts each clinician a private heads-up of plans due for review.
    • Send each clinician a private heads-up listing their own plans due for review
    • Lead with overdue plans so the most pressing reviews get done first
    • Keep the message to client initials and dates only, never any clinical content

Done when Each clinician has a private Slack heads-up of their plans due for review.

Questions, answered

Is this internal only?

Yes. WebRun only alerts your own clinicians in Slack and logs review dates to a sheet. It never messages clients and never sends anything outside the practice. It simply flags which plans are coming due so reviews happen on time.

Does it write or change the treatment plan?

No. WebRun never writes, edits, or completes a treatment plan. Only the clinician does that in TheraNest. WebRun reads the review-due date and surfaces it, so the therapist knows when a review is needed.

Does it read what is in the plan?

No. WebRun only reads the review-due date and the assigned clinician. It never opens the plan's clinical contents, and the Slack heads-up carries client initials and dates only, never goals, diagnoses, or any clinical detail.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
