Automated MAP Pricing Compliance Flags
Every morning, WebRun opens VitaHealth POS, pulls the current price for every SKU under a manufacturer MAP policy, checks it against the price floor in your Google Sheets compliance list, and flags any SKU priced below its floor in red.
How do I catch MAP pricing violations in my supplement shop?
WebRun pulls the current price for every SKU under a manufacturer MAP policy from VitaHealth POS each morning and checks it against the price floor logged in your Google Sheets compliance list. Any SKU priced below its MAP floor gets flagged in red, so you catch a violation before a manufacturer's compliance team does.
- MAP violations get caught before a manufacturer flags them
- Every SKU under a policy is checked every single morning
- Pricing decisions stay with your team, nothing changes on its own

Questions, answered
Does it change a price automatically to fix a violation?
No. WebRun only flags the violation in Google Sheets. Whoever manages pricing decides how and when to correct it, WebRun never edits a price in VitaHealth POS on its own.
Where does the MAP floor for each SKU come from?
It reads the MAP Compliance sheet where you maintain each manufacturer's minimum advertised price by SKU, so the check always reflects your latest agreed policy.
Does it check in-store shelf price or just online?
It checks whichever channel you have priced in VitaHealth POS for that SKU, so a violation is caught whether it shows up on the shelf tag or an online listing.
