Automated Lapsed Subscriber Winback Drafts

Every Monday, WebRun opens VitaHealth POS, finds customers who canceled a Subscribe-and-Save subscription in the last 30 days, logs them to a Google Sheet so nobody is contacted twice, and drafts a personalized winback message in Klaviyo naming the product they used to auto-refill.

In short

How do I win back customers who canceled their supplement auto-refill?

WebRun looks through VitaHealth POS every Monday for customers who canceled a Subscribe-and-Save subscription in the last 30 days, checks a Google Sheets log so nobody is contacted twice, and drafts a personalized winback message in Klaviyo naming the product they used to auto-refill. Every draft waits for your team to review and send.

  • Lapsed subscribers get a personal winback message every week
  • No customer is messaged twice in the same month
  • Recovered subscriptions restart recurring auto-refill revenue

Questions, answered

Will it email lapsed customers without me?

No. WebRun only drafts the winback message in Klaviyo and leaves it unsent. You review and send each one yourself, so no lapsed customer is contacted automatically.

How does it avoid messaging someone twice?

It checks the Google Sheets contact log before drafting, so a subscriber already reached out to this month is skipped on the next run.

What makes a customer count as lapsed?

Anyone whose Subscribe-and-Save subscription was canceled in VitaHealth POS within the last 30 days. Cancellations older than that are left out of the weekly queue.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
