Automated RIA Portfolio Rebalance Alerts

Every morning before markets open, WebRun opens Redtail Technology to read each client's target model, checks the actual allocation in Charles Schwab Advisor Center, and posts a Slack list of every account that has drifted past your rebalance threshold, ranked by how far off it is.

In short

How do I know when a client's portfolio has drifted too far from its target?

WebRun checks portfolio drift every morning before markets open by comparing each client's actual allocation in Charles Schwab Advisor Center against the target model in Redtail Technology. It posts a Slack list of every account past your drift threshold, ranked by how far off it is, so you can review and rebalance yourself. It never places a trade automatically.

  • Drifted accounts are flagged before markets open, every day
  • Only accounts past your own threshold make the list
  • No trade or rebalance ever happens without you

Questions, answered

Will it place trades automatically?

No. WebRun only flags accounts drifted past your threshold. Placing or rebalancing a trade stays entirely in your hands through your custodian, it never trades on its own.

How is drift calculated?

It compares the actual allocation pulled live from Charles Schwab Advisor Center against the target model on file for that client in Redtail Technology, asset class by asset class.

Can I set my own drift threshold?

Yes. Tell WebRun the percentage points off target that should trigger a flag, and only accounts past that threshold show up in the Slack list.

Put this on autopilot.
