Questions, answered

Will WebRun post a response to a critical review on its own?

Never. Critical and negative reviews are drafted and sent to you on Telegram for approval. Only clearly positive reviews get an auto-reply.

How does it decide what counts as a positive review?

It uses the bubble rating - 4 or 5 bubbles without specific complaints are auto-replied to. Anything below 4, or with complaint language regardless of the rating, is flagged for you.

What if we have multiple properties on Tripadvisor?

Add each property to the plan and WebRun will check all of them in the same morning run, grouping alerts by property.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
