Questions, answered

Will WebRun report the reviews automatically?

No - it flags and links, but you decide which ones to report. The Report button on each platform is a legal and policy decision that should always be human-led.

How does it know a review is spam?

It checks for common signals: brand-new reviewer accounts, no other review history, generic or off-topic text, and suspiciously round-number review counts. It errs on the side of flagging for you to judge.

Can it flag reviews on other platforms too?

Yes - add Trustpilot, Tripadvisor, or any public review page to the plan and it will scan them on the same morning cycle.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
