Questions, answered

Will it reply to the enquiry automatically?

No — it drafts the reply and holds it for your events manager to review. The email only goes out once a human approves it.

What if we get duplicate enquiries from the same person?

WebRun checks the email address against the Catering Leads sheet and skips the row if the contact already exists.

Can it add leads to a CRM instead of a spreadsheet?

Yes — swap Google Sheets for HubSpot or another CRM; WebRun will create the contact and deal there instead.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes — or have our team set it up for you.
