In short

How can I automatically track my competitors' star ratings on Google and Yelp?

Every Monday, WebRun opens Google and Yelp, reads the current star ratings and review counts for each competitor you track, logs the numbers to your Google Sheet, and sends you a side-by-side comparison - so you always know exactly where your reputation stands relative to the competition.

  • Know your competitive standing every Monday without manual searching
  • Spot rating drops or surges at competing businesses before they affect your market share
  • Build a historical record of competitor reputation trends over time

Questions, answered

Where do I tell WebRun which competitors to track?

Add their business names and locations to a 'Competitors' tab in your tracking sheet. WebRun reads from there each run.

Does it post anything on the competitor listings?

No - it only reads public ratings and logs them. Nothing is written anywhere on the competitor pages.

How far back can I see trends?

As far back as you've been running the template. Each week adds a dated row, so you build a full trend dataset over time.

Put this on autopilot.
