How does it know who an offer is waiting on?
It reads each offer's approval chain in Greenhouse, finds the current pending approver, and notes how many days the offer has sat, then names that person in the nudge so the right approver acts.
Does the nudge go to candidates?
No. The nudge is an internal Slack message to your own hiring team and approvers. Candidates are never contacted, and the offer itself is only extended once your team approves it in Greenhouse.
