Automated DistributionPlus Rebate Enrollment Tracking

Every Monday, WebRun opens CP Tech DistributionPlus, finds contractors who bought rebate eligible products but aren't enrolled in the matching vendor rebate program, drafts a short enrollment invitation for each in Outlook without sending it, and sends your rebate coordinator a Telegram summary of new candidates and total enrollment by program.

In short

How do I find contractors who qualify for a rebate program but aren't enrolled?

Every Monday, WebRun opens CP Tech DistributionPlus to find contractors who bought rebate eligible products but aren't enrolled in the matching vendor program, drafts a short enrollment invitation for each in Outlook without sending it, and sends your rebate coordinator a Telegram summary of new candidates and enrollment totals by program, so fewer eligible contractors miss out.

  • Eligible contractors get a reviewed invitation instead of missing a rebate program silently
  • Your coordinator sees enrollment totals by program every week without pulling a manual report
  • Invitations are based on real purchase history, so only genuinely eligible contractors are flagged

Questions, answered

Will it enroll a contractor in a rebate program automatically?

No. WebRun only drafts an invitation and flags who's eligible but missing. Your rebate coordinator reviews the draft and decides whether to send it and complete the enrollment.

How does it know which contractors are eligible?

It reads actual purchases of rebate eligible products in DistributionPlus and checks each buying contractor against that program's current enrollment list, so the flag is based on real purchase history, not a guess.

What if a contractor is already enrolled in a different program?

It only flags the specific program tied to the product they bought, so a contractor already enrolled elsewhere isn't flagged again for a program they don't qualify for.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
