  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens login.salesforce.com in a real browser with your saved login — no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1

    salesforce.com
WebRun in Salesforce: read pipeline and activity
WebRun opens Salesforce to read pipeline and activity.
    • Open Salesforce Reports and run your saved Pipeline Summary report
    • Capture deal counts and total values by stage, filtered to the current fiscal quarter
    • Pull yesterday's activity: new deals created, deals closed won, deals closed lost, and total calls logged
    • Calculate weighted pipeline by multiplying each stage's total value by its close probability

Done when A full pipeline snapshot including yesterday's activity is ready.

  3. 2
Slack — post the morning digest
    slack.com
WebRun in Slack: post the morning digest

    • Format the data into a clean, scannable morning digest with stage totals and yesterday's wins/losses
    • Include a 'Deals to Close This Week' section for deals with close dates in the next 7 days
    • Post to #sales and pin or star it so it is easy to find later

Done when The digest is posted in Slack and the team has a clear picture of the day's pipeline.

Questions, answered

Can I customise which stages or reps are included?

Yes. The digest is built from your saved Salesforce report, so edit that report to filter by team, region, or stage and WebRun will reflect it automatically.

What if Salesforce data isn't updated yet in the morning?

WebRun reads live data at run time, so it captures whatever is in Salesforce at that moment. If your team logs activity the night before, it will be included.

Can it run for different channels per region?

Yes. Set up separate templates for each region — each pointing to its own Salesforce report filter and Slack channel.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes — or have our team set it up for you.
