In short

How do I automatically track O&P no-shows and build a rescheduling list each day?

WebRun reviews OPIE Software each evening, identifies every patient who no-showed or cancelled without a future booking, and posts a prioritized rescheduling worklist to Slack. Your front-desk team opens Slack in the morning knowing exactly who to call first, with clinical context like active fab jobs or expiring authorizations flagged at the top.

  • No patient who no-showed slips off the schedule without a follow-up
  • Front-desk staff start each morning with a prioritized call list
  • Patients with active fab jobs or expiring auths are escalated automatically

Built for O&P front-desk coordinators · practice managers · prosthetics and orthotics schedulers

Questions, answered

Will it contact the no-show patient to reschedule?

No. WebRun posts an internal Slack worklist for your front-desk team to action. No message is sent to the patient without a staff member reviewing and approving it first.

How does it determine clinical urgency?

It checks whether the patient has an active fabrication job in progress or a prior authorization about to expire, placing those patients at the top of the worklist.

What about patients who cancelled and already rescheduled?

WebRun checks OPIE for a future appointment before adding anyone to the list, so patients who rescheduled on their own are automatically excluded.

Put this on autopilot.
