Questions, answered
Will it email parents without a coach reviewing the report first?
No. WebRun drafts every progress report in Gmail and leaves it unsent. The coach reviews and sends it, so the wording and tone always get a human check first.
Where do the skill scores come from?
They come directly from the evaluation notes and levels coaches already log in iClassPro during or after class. WebRun does not assess skills itself, it only compiles what coaches recorded.
Can we use the Google Sheet for our own tracking?
Yes. It is organized by class with one row per student per skill, so you can filter, sort, or export it for your own progress tracking outside of iClassPro.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
