Automated iClassPro Equipment Safety Checklists
Every morning before opening, WebRun opens iClassPro to see which areas and equipment the day's classes will use, builds a pre-open safety checklist in Google Sheets covering mats, pits, and rigging for those areas, and pings staff on Telegram if any item is still unchecked as the first class approaches.
How do I make sure mats and equipment get checked before my ninja gym opens?
WebRun reads iClassPro's schedule each morning to see which areas and equipment the day's classes will use, builds a pre-open safety checklist in Google Sheets covering mats, pits, and rigging, and pings staff on Telegram if anything is still unchecked as the first class approaches. Staff still do the physical inspection. WebRun only tracks that it happened.
- The checklist matches exactly what today's classes will use
- Staff get a Telegram nudge before the first class if anything is unchecked
- Nothing about physical inspection is skipped, WebRun only tracks completion

Questions, answered
Does this replace a human safety inspection?
No. WebRun builds the checklist and tracks whether each item was marked checked, but a staff member still has to physically inspect the mats and equipment. It is a reminder system, not an inspector.
What happens if an item is still unchecked at opening?
WebRun sends a Telegram alert to staff 30 minutes before the first class and again if the item is still unchecked when it is due to start, so nothing gets missed in the opening rush.
How does it know which equipment to include each day?
It reads the day's class schedule in iClassPro and includes only the areas and apparatus those classes will actually use, so the checklist matches what is open that day.
