Automated SASSIE Client Results Report Drafts
Every Monday, WebRun opens SASSIE, pulls the past week's completed and approved shops for each client program, compiles the scores, comments, and any flagged issues into a Google Sheet, and drafts a client ready summary email in Gmail for your account manager to review and send.
How do I compile weekly mystery shop results for a client?
Every Monday, WebRun pulls the past week's approved shops for each client program from SASSIE, compiles the scores and flagged issues into a Google Sheet, and drafts a client ready summary email in Gmail. Your account manager reviews and sends it, so every client report goes out checked, on schedule, and never automatically.
- Client reports go out on schedule every Monday, never late
- Poorly scoring locations get flagged instead of buried in an average
- Every summary is reviewed by a person before a client sees it
Built for mystery shopping companies · client account managers · field audit agencies · market research firms

Questions, answered
Will it send the results report straight to the client?
No. WebRun drafts the summary email in Gmail and leaves it unsent. Your account manager reviews it and sends it themselves, so nothing reaches a client unchecked.
Which shops does it include?
Only shops marked Approved in SASSIE and completed in the last 7 days. Anything still pending edit or awaiting approval is left out until it clears QA.
Does it flag locations that scored poorly?
Yes. Any location scoring below the client's threshold is highlighted in the results sheet and called out in the draft email so it does not get buried in the average.
