In short

How do I get automatic alerts for client asset and warranty expirations?

Every Monday, WebRun scans all ConnectWise configuration items for warranties, support contracts, and end-of-life dates expiring in the next 90 days. It posts an internal Slack digest grouped by client with urgency flags for anything inside 30 days, giving engineers and account managers a full week to plan renewals or replacements.

  • No client asset or warranty expires without the team knowing weeks in advance
  • Account managers spot upsell and renewal opportunities before the client notices a gap
  • Engineers see expiry risks grouped by client so planning is straightforward

Questions, answered

Does it notify clients about their expiring assets directly?

No. The digest is internal only, posted to your Slack channel for engineers and account managers to review. Client outreach about renewals or replacements remains in your team's hands.

What types of expiry dates does it track?

It tracks warranty expiry dates, manufacturer support-contract end dates, and end-of-life dates on configuration items in ConnectWise. If the field is populated in the CI record, it is included.

How far ahead does it look?

It flags items expiring within 90 days by default, with an urgent marker for anything inside 30 days. You can adjust the look-ahead window during setup.

Put this on autopilot.
