In short

How do I automate software license renewal reminders for MSP clients?

Every Monday, WebRun scans Syncro for client software licenses expiring within 60 days, groups them by client, and drafts a renewal proposal email in Gmail for the account manager to review and send. It then posts your team a ranked renewal pipeline in Slack with urgency flags for licenses inside 14 days.

  • No client software license expires without a timely renewal conversation
  • Account managers see a ranked renewal pipeline every Monday without manual Syncro searches
  • Renewal proposals are drafted and ready to send in seconds, not written from scratch

Built for managed service providers · MSP account managers · IT service businesses · software asset managers

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

Questions, answered

Will it send renewal proposals to clients without my review?

No. Every renewal proposal is drafted in Gmail and left in the account manager's Drafts folder. Nothing goes to a client until a human reviews and sends it.

Can it handle clients with licenses in multiple products?

Yes. It groups all expiring licenses for a single client into one combined proposal, so the client receives a single clear renewal email rather than separate messages for each product.

What if a license was already renewed since the last run?

It reads the live expiry date in Syncro each Monday, so any license renewed since last week is automatically skipped from the pipeline.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
