Verify MC Automated Telehealth Visit Scheduling

Every morning, WebRun opens Verify MC, finds patients who are confirmed and document-ready but not yet scheduled, matches each to an open telehealth slot on the certifying physician's Google Calendar, blocks the visit, and sends you a Telegram run sheet listing the day's booked certification visits and anyone still waiting on a slot.

In short

How do I automatically schedule telehealth medical cannabis certification visits each day?

WebRun opens Verify MC each morning, finds patients who are confirmed and document-ready but unscheduled, and matches each to an open telehealth slot on the physician's Google Calendar. It blocks the visits and sends you a Telegram run sheet of the day's booked appointments plus anyone still needing a slot, so the diary is set before clinic starts.

  • Ready patients are slotted into open visits without manual diary juggling
  • The physician's day is blocked and confirmed before clinic opens
  • Unslotted patients are surfaced so capacity gaps are visible early

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens verifymc.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1

WebRun opens Verify MC to find ready, unscheduled patients.
    • Open Verify MC and list patients marked confirmed and document-ready with no visit booked
    • Read each patient's state and preferred visit window if noted
    • Capture the patient reference and required visit length for each

Done when Every ready, unscheduled patient is listed with the visit length they need.

  3. 2

    • Create a held visit event for each ready patient in the next available matching slot, titled with the patient reference only
    • Leave patients with no free slot unscheduled and note them for the run sheet

Done when Each ready patient either has a held telehealth event or is flagged as needing a slot.

  4. 3
Telegram - send the daily run sheet
    telegram.org
WebRun in Telegram: send the run sheet
WebRun sends the daily run sheet to Telegram.
    • Send a Telegram run sheet listing each booked visit by time and patient reference
    • List separately any ready patients who could not be slotted today
    • Keep the message to references and times only, with no patient names or clinical detail

Done when You have the day's telehealth run sheet in Telegram.

Questions, answered

Does it message patients about their appointment?

No. WebRun blocks the visit on your physician's Google Calendar and sends you an internal Telegram run sheet only. Any confirmation or reminder to the patient stays a separate, human-approved step, so nothing goes to a patient unattended.

What if there are no open slots for a ready patient?

That patient is left unscheduled and listed separately on the Telegram run sheet as needing a slot, so your team can add capacity or offer another day rather than double-book the physician.

Is patient information exposed in the run sheet?

No. Calendar events and the Telegram message use only a patient reference number and the visit time, never names, contact details, or clinical notes, keeping protected health information out of the schedule feed.

Put this on autopilot.
