In short

How do I automatically generate a restock pick list from 365 Retail Markets inventory?

WebRun scans inventory levels across all 365 Retail Markets ADM locations every morning, compares each SKU against your reorder threshold, maps low-stock items to their planogram slot, and sends the driver a prioritised pick list in Telegram before the route starts, eliminating manual inventory checks and stockouts.

  • Drivers receive a planogram-mapped pick list before every route, with no manual inventory check
  • Low-stock items are caught each morning before a kiosk runs out
  • A Google Sheets log tracks restocking history across all locations

Questions, answered

How does it know the reorder threshold for each item?

Thresholds come from the par levels you set in 365 Retail Markets ADM. WebRun reads them directly from ADM each run, so any change you make in ADM is reflected automatically the next morning.

Can it handle multiple locations on the same route?

Yes. WebRun groups the pick list by location in route order, so the driver sees one consolidated list covering every market on their run without jumping between screens.

Will it place orders with suppliers automatically?

No. The workflow surfaces the restock list for the driver to action. Supplier ordering is left for a human to confirm, keeping you in control of purchasing decisions.
