Chase overdue MCA payments before they become defaults

Every morning, WebRun opens Centrex, identifies advances with one or more failed ACH pulls, drafts a courteous payment-reminder email for each merchant via Gmail, and posts a Slack worklist so your team can review and send each draft before the day's collection window closes.

In short

How do I automatically chase merchants with missed MCA payments?

WebRun checks Centrex every morning for advances with failed ACH pulls, drafts a polite reminder email for each merchant in Gmail, and posts a prioritised chase list to Slack. Every draft waits for a team member to review and approve before anything reaches the merchant.

  • Missed payments are chased the same morning they are detected
  • Collectors start each day with a ready-to-send, prioritised outreach list
  • No merchant contact goes out without a human review

Questions, answered

Will it send emails to merchants on its own?

No. WebRun saves every outreach as a Gmail draft and lists it in Slack. A team member reviews and sends each one. Nothing goes to a merchant without human approval.

How many missed pulls trigger a chase?

By default, one failed pull in the last 3 days adds a merchant to the list. You can adjust the threshold when setting up the workflow.

What if the merchant already called in and arranged a make-good?

Your team can delete the Gmail draft before sending. The next morning's run reads live Centrex data, so any advance with a cleared payment is automatically skipped.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
