Automated MCA Maturity and Rollover Reminders
Every Monday, WebRun opens Centrex and identifies advances projected to reach full repayment within the next 30 days, creates a Google Calendar reminder for the assigned account manager, and posts a maturity worklist to Slack so your team can proactively discuss renewal or closeout with the merchant before the advance matures.
How do I automatically track MCA advances approaching maturity for renewal or closeout?
WebRun scans your Centrex portfolio every Monday for advances projected to mature within 30 days, creates a Google Calendar reminder for each assigned account manager, and posts a prioritised maturity worklist to Slack. Advances due within 14 days are flagged as urgent, giving your team time to discuss renewal or closeout with the merchant.
- No advance matures without the account manager having 30 days of notice
- Urgent advances due within 14 days are flagged for immediate action
- Advances already in renewal are excluded automatically to avoid duplicate follow-up

Questions, answered
Will it contact the merchant about maturity automatically?
No. WebRun creates internal calendar reminders and posts a Slack worklist. All merchant conversations about renewal or closeout are initiated by your account managers.
How does it calculate the projected maturity date?
It divides the remaining balance by the daily ACH remittance amount from Centrex to estimate how many business days until full repayment, then converts that to a calendar date.
What if the advance is already being renewed?
Any advance with an active renewal application in Centrex is excluded from the maturity worklist automatically, so account managers are not alerted twice.
