Questions, answered
Does it include emergency or same-day jobs added after the digest runs?
The digest covers jobs as of run time. For same-day adds, WebRun can be triggered again mid-day, or you can rely on the job routing alert which fires in real time.
Can technicians see their own schedule in the digest?
Yes. If you set up per-technician Slack channels or DMs, WebRun can post each technician's portion directly to them as well as the shared dispatch channel.
What happens if a technician has no jobs today?
Technicians with no scheduled jobs are listed with a note showing they are open, giving the dispatcher a clear view of available capacity.
