Questions, answered
Will it send renewal proposals to sponsors without my approval?
No. Every proposal is drafted in Gmail and held for director review. Nothing goes to a sponsor until a human has read, personalized if needed, and sent it themselves.
How does it know what benefits to mention in the renewal proposal?
It pulls the sponsor's current tier and any notes from your Google Sheet. You can add a column for season highlights or reach metrics and WebRun will include those details in each draft.
What if a sponsor already renewed through a different channel?
Update their agreement end date or status in the Google Sheet and they will be excluded from future runs automatically. Keeping the sheet current is the only maintenance required.
