Does it reply to the customer's RFQ automatically?

No. WebRun only logs the request and creates a placeholder quote record. It never sends a price or a reply. Your estimator still writes and sends the actual quote.

How does it know an email is really an RFQ?

It reads the subject and body for request-for-quote language, part details, and quantities. Anything ambiguous is skipped rather than logged incorrectly.

What if two emails are about the same RFQ?

It checks the RFQ log before creating a new record, so a reply-all thread or a follow-up email updates the existing entry instead of duplicating it.
