Turn job traveler status into customer updates
Every hour, WebRun opens JobBOSS, reads which operation each active job's traveler currently sits at and how long it has been there, writes a shop floor status board to Google Sheets flagging anything stuck, and drafts a status update email in Gmail for any job that just cleared its final operation.

How do I track job traveler status and update customers automatically?
Every hour, WebRun reads each active job's current operation on its JobBOSS traveler, logs a shop floor status board to Google Sheets flagging anything stuck at a work center, and drafts a status update email in Gmail once a job clears its final operation, so production control and customers both stay current.
- Stuck jobs surface within the hour instead of at the next status meeting
- Customers get a status update the moment their job finishes its last operation
- Every customer email stays a draft until a person sends it
Built for job shops · machine shops · production control · shop floor supervisors

Questions, answered
Will it email a customer without me?
No. WebRun only drafts the status update and leaves it unsent in Gmail. Nothing reaches a customer until you review and send it yourself.
How does it know a job is stuck?
It compares the time since a job's traveler last moved to a work center against the limit you set, then flags it on the status board so production control can look into it.
Does it change anything on the traveler itself?
No. WebRun only reads the traveler's current operation in JobBOSS. It never advances a step, closes an operation, or edits the routing on its own.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
