Automated Post-Infusion Check-In Drafts

Each morning, WebRun opens Osmind, finds patients who had a ketamine infusion or Spravato dose the day before, and drafts a warm next-day check-in for each, a short text in Twilio and a longer note in Gmail, asking how they are feeling and reminding them how to reach the clinic, all left unsent for a clinician to review and send.

In short

How do I send a next-day check-in to infusion patients safely?

WebRun opens Osmind each morning and finds patients who had a ketamine infusion or Spravato dose the day before. It drafts a warm next-day check-in on each patient's preferred channel, a short text in Twilio or a note in Gmail, using a first name only and no clinical detail, all left unsent for a clinician to review and send.

  • Every treated patient gets a caring day-after check-in drafted and ready
  • Clinicians send from a ready draft instead of writing each one cold
  • Do-not-contact and already-followed-up patients are excluded automatically

Built for ketamine infusion clinics · Spravato treatment centers · interventional psychiatry clinicians · psychiatric nurse practitioners

Questions, answered

Will it message patients without a clinician checking first?

No. Every check-in, text or email, is saved as an unsent draft in Twilio or Gmail. A clinician reviews each one, adjusts the wording, and sends it. Nothing reaches a patient automatically.

Does the message mention the treatment or a diagnosis?

No. Drafts use only a first name and a warm question about how the patient is feeling, plus how to reach the clinic. No treatment name, diagnosis, or clinical detail appears in any message.

How does it choose text or email for each patient?

It reads each patient's preferred contact method in Osmind and drafts the check-in on that channel, a short text in Twilio for those who prefer texting and a longer note in Gmail for those who prefer email.
