Does it stop the press or change the cycle itself?
No. WebRun only reads cycle time data in DELMIAWorks and emails an alert. Adjusting the process, the mold, or the press settings stays with your process engineer.
How much drift does it take to trigger an alert?
You set the threshold, for example more than 5 percent slower than standard. WebRun compares each press's live cycle time against that threshold every hour and only alerts when it's crossed.
Will I get the same alert repeatedly for one press?
It only alerts once per press per running job unless the drift gets worse, so you get a heads up without a flood of repeat emails for the same issue.
