Questions, answered
How does it determine if a move was on time?
It compares the planned delivery date recorded in ProMiles against the actual delivery date. Any move that delivered on or before the planned date is counted as on time.
Can it send the report to customers as well?
The automatic report goes only to your internal Slack channel. If you want to share performance data with a customer, your team would review the Google Sheet first and send it manually.
How far back does the historical data go?
The Google Sheet accumulates each week's results, so your trend data grows over time. You can filter the sheet by any date range, customer, or route for ad-hoc analysis.
