No. WebRun drafts every PO and leaves it unsent in Gmail. Nothing goes to a supplier until you review and click send yourself.
How does it know the right reorder quantity?
It reads the reorder point and preferred supplier already set in Paladin POS, so no extra setup is needed beyond what you have configured.
What if a supplier covers multiple SKUs?
WebRun groups all low-stock items by supplier and puts them into a single draft PO email per supplier, so you get one email per vendor, not one per SKU.
