No. Every confirmation SMS is drafted in Twilio and held for a staff member to approve before it goes out. No message reaches a parent without a human sign-off.
Does it work for makeup classes as well as regular enrollments?
Yes. WebRun handles both. For makeups it notes the one-off nature in the confirmation and creates a separate calendar event so the coach knows this student is joining for one session only.
What happens if the class time changes after the confirmation is sent?
The calendar event is updated automatically on the next run. For parent notifications of a change, a new draft is queued for staff to review and send.
