Questions, answered

Will it email guests without my approval?

Never. Every email is saved as a Gmail draft and only sent after you approve - you stay in control of every message that goes to customers.

How does it know a diner was happy?

It excludes any transaction with a refund, void, or manager-flagged complaint. If in doubt, it leaves the guest off the list.

Can it tell if someone already left a review?

It can cross-check against your Google Business Profile reviewer list and skip anyone who has already reviewed you in the last 90 days.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
