Roll out price changes cleanly with a verified checklist
When you upload a price-change file, WebRun reads the new prices into ECRS CATAPULT, verifies each item's price updated correctly, builds a shelf-label checklist in Google Sheets sorted by aisle location, and posts a Slack message to the floor team with a link to the checklist.

How do I automatically verify and communicate a grocery store price change rollout?
When a price change is ready, WebRun verifies every updated item is live in ECRS CATAPULT, flags any mismatch, and builds a shelf-label checklist in Google Sheets sorted by aisle. It then posts a Slack message to your floor team with the checklist link so label swaps happen fast and accurately.
- Price mismatches caught before a single shelf label is swapped
- Aisle-sorted checklist cuts label-swap time for floor staff
- Slack notification ensures the right team starts the rollout immediately
Built for independent grocery store managers · supermarket price coordinators · grocery floor supervisors

Questions, answered
Will it change prices in CATAPULT automatically?
WebRun verifies prices already entered in CATAPULT but does not write or change prices itself. Your staff or CATAPULT import process sets the prices first, then WebRun confirms they took effect.
What happens if a price did not update correctly in CATAPULT?
Any mismatch is flagged at the top of the Google Sheet checklist and highlighted in the Slack message so the manager can correct it before customers reach the shelf.
Can it handle large price-change batches from a weekly ad?
Yes. The checklist sorts all items by aisle regardless of batch size, and each item gets its own checkbox row so floor staff can work efficiently through large rollouts.
