Automated FieldServio Daily Dispatch Sheets

Every morning, WebRun opens FieldServio, pulls the day's scheduled jobs grouped by technician, texts each technician their stops in order through Twilio with the address, job type, and generator model, and posts the full day's dispatch board to Telegram so the office has one shared view of who is where.

In short

How do I automatically send each generator service technician their daily dispatch schedule?

WebRun checks FieldServio every morning for the day's scheduled jobs, texts each technician their stops in order through Twilio with the address, job type, and generator model, and posts the full day's board to Telegram for the office. Every technician has their route before the first stop, and dispatch has one shared view instead of checking FieldServio job by job.

  • Every technician has their route and job notes before the first stop
  • Dispatch works from one shared board instead of checking FieldServio job by job
  • Unassigned jobs get flagged before the day starts, not discovered at noon

Built for standby generator dealers · dispatch coordinators · generator service technicians · field service managers

Questions, answered

Does this replace my dispatcher?

No. It builds and sends the day's stop lists automatically, but a person still assigns jobs to technicians in FieldServio. WebRun turns that schedule into texts and a shared board, it does not decide who works which job.

What if a job is added after the morning dispatch runs?

It only captures what is scheduled in FieldServio at run time each morning. A job added later still needs a manual text or a note from dispatch until the next day's run picks it up.

Does it text customers with the technician's schedule?

No. Every text goes to your own technicians, not customers. WebRun does not share arrival windows or job details with a customer as part of this workflow.
