Questions, answered
Will it send reminders to attendees without a staff member reviewing them first?
No. Every reminder campaign is left as a Mailchimp draft for staff to review the content and schedule. No email reaches attendees automatically.
What if an event is cancelled after reminders have been drafted?
Simply delete the draft in Mailchimp. WebRun only drafts for events it finds on Google Calendar, so removing the calendar event prevents any future drafts for it.
Can it send a reminder the day before as well as three days out?
Yes. Configure a second reminder window, such as 24 hours before the event, and WebRun will draft a same-day reminder for each event while the Google Sheet log tracks which attendees have already received earlier reminders.
