Questions, answered
Will it overwrite last week's pacing records in Airtable?
No. WebRun creates a new dated record each Monday so you build a rolling history of pacing by period. Past records are never overwritten, giving your team a full audit trail of how revenue tracked across the year.
What does the pacing status label mean?
WebRun applies On Track for units at 90 percent or above of plan, At Risk for 75 to 89 percent, and Behind for anything below 75 percent. You can adjust these thresholds in your setup before the first run.
What if Jirav shows no actuals yet for the period?
If actuals are zero or the period has not closed, WebRun logs the record with the data available and marks the status as Pending so your team knows the figure is not yet final.
