How does it know which sessions need a GM today?
WebRun reads today's session schedule from your Google Sheets roster and compares assigned GMs to the list of booked sessions. Any session without a named GM in the roster is flagged as a coverage gap in the Slack digest.
What if the roster is updated after the morning run?
WebRun reads the Google Sheets roster at the time of the morning run. If you update the roster after the digest is posted, the Slack message will not update automatically. You can trigger a manual re-run or update the sheet before the scheduled run time.
