Automated Lease Application Pipeline Digest

Every morning, WebRun opens Odessa and reads the status of every active lease application in the originations queue, groups them by stage (submitted, under review, pending documents, credit decision, approved, declined), and posts a pipeline status digest to the originations Slack channel, while updating the pipeline tracker in Google Sheets.

In short

How do I get a daily status update on all in-flight equipment lease applications?

WebRun opens Odessa every morning and reads the status of every active lease application in the originations queue. It posts a pipeline digest to Slack grouped by stage, flags any deal stuck in the same stage for more than 3 days, and updates a Google Sheets tracker so the originations team starts each day with a clear view of the full pipeline.

  • Originations team starts every day knowing exactly where each deal stands
  • Stuck applications are flagged within 3 days so no deal stalls without attention
  • A Google Sheets pipeline tracker gives managers a historical view of deal velocity

Questions, answered

Does it contact applicants about their application status?

No. The digest is posted internally to Slack and logged in Google Sheets only. No status update or communication is sent to applicants.

How does it define a stuck application?

Any application that has remained in the same origination stage for more than 3 consecutive business days is flagged as stuck. You can change this threshold to match your target turnaround time.

Can it cover declined applications too?

Yes. Declined applications appear in the digest under their own stage so the team can see the full pipeline, including any deals that closed as declined.

Put this on autopilot.
