Questions, answered

Will it contact the customer to confirm the order?

No. WebRun routes orders internally to the correct team channel in Slack. Any customer-facing confirmation email is left as a draft for your approval and is not sent automatically.

How does it decide which team gets the order?

It applies routing rules you configure: order type (click-and-collect, local delivery, courier), delivery postcode zone, and product category. You set the rules once and WebRun applies them to every new order.

What happens if an item in the order is low on stock?

WebRun checks the stock level in Epos Now for each line item when routing the order and flags any low-stock item in the Slack message so the team knows before they start picking.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
