How do I automatically route Clover low customer ratings to my manager in Slack?

WebRun checks your Clover customer feedback every morning, finds any new low ratings, and posts a manager alert to Slack with the customer name, rating, order details, and any comment. Your team reviews each alert and decides whether to follow up. No customer-facing response is sent automatically.

  • Low ratings reach the manager within hours, not days
  • Transaction context in every alert means no time lost looking up the order
  • Team can respond before the customer escalates to a public review

Questions, answered

Will WebRun send a response to the customer automatically?

No. WebRun posts the alert to Slack for your manager to review. Any reply or follow-up to the customer is written and sent by your team, so no message goes to a customer without human approval.

Which feedback ratings count as negative?

By default, WebRun flags ratings of three stars or below. You can adjust the threshold during setup, for example to flag only one and two-star ratings if you prefer a tighter filter.

What if a customer did not leave a comment, only a low star rating?

WebRun still alerts the manager with the transaction details and rating. The manager can decide whether to follow up with the customer based on the context even without a written comment.

Put this on autopilot.
